The base is made from 8% Gewrtztraminer from Clarksburg and 92% Riesling from hoot Owl Vineyard in Alexander Valley. These grapes were pressed upon arrival to the winery, and allowed to ferment until we achieved the perfect balance of acid and sweetness.
