So step forward Camilla Scavino, a brand new name on the Piedmont wine scene, and one Im hugely excited about. Tip offs dont come very often from Serena Cordero, so I had to act on this one. Camilla is based in Grinzane Cavour, one of the 11 official villages of Barolo, and possibly the least discovered of them all. Which means the upside here is huge! Its wonderfully
