Epicurean 2017 37yo while retaining the distillery’s signatureEpicurean 2017 is produced from a blend of 81% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc grape varietals. Grapes were sourced from the Stellenbosch Annandale property of Hempies du Toit with additional Merlot sourced from Durbanville and Cabernet from Darling. Extended maceration followed by 18 19 months barrel maturation in French oak, 60 70% new wood with the balance 2nd and 3rd fill. Bottled at 13. 18%. (Bottle size 750ml) The Epicurean
