I am leaning towards damage from heat

Tradesman rate patch - the bottom part of the chevron has been seam ripped out

There are scratches on the back

I am trying to make these as inexpensive as possible

Overall good condition - there is some stress on the bust dart seams

German Head Band Ear Warmer Blue MEDIUM pre-WWII I am leaning towards damagePeriod German headband ear warmer. Light blue color. This one is medium sized could be worn by a woman or a man (if his head isn't too big). It is a bit stretchy. This style of ear warmer was fairly common in the 30's 40's and these were frequently sent to the front. It does have a little storage wear dirt and should probably be gently handwashed before using. The top straps have some extra room so it could be "taken out" and lengthen a bit.
