Mazda Rotary Oil Filter Bypass Block Oil Coolers Supplied with mounting hardwareThis is a bypass block designed to eliminate the oil filter and housing on Mazda Rotary engines. Removing the oil filter and housing and installing a remotely mounted oil filter in the oil cooler lines provides a cleaner looking engine bay, for dry sump applications, and for custom applications allows the engine to be shifted back into the firewall with less clearance issues.
