Vino Franco Cabernet Franc 2018 is an excellent expression of a more delicate style Cabernet Franc from Margaret River. Each bunch was hand picked, each berry individually selected for optimal ripeness. The fruit is then sent to clay amphora to ferment with a small portion fermented as whole berries in the pots to give a little more stucture to the finished wine. It's fresh, fragant and super slippery to drink. Great perfume, great mouthfeel.
