Liebart-Regnier Demi-Sec Champagne The Only Whisky Show Located in the Howe ofLiebart Regnier Les Sols Bruns Demi Sec is produced from a blend of 60% Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, and 20% Chardonnay, harvested in 2016 and 2017 from the terroirs of Baslieux sous Chtillon and Vauciennes, with soils composed of marl and clay limestone. Vinified in inox tanks and undergoing malolactic fermentation, the champagne is aged for three years. Residual sugar: 32g l. Bottled at 12%.
