There are some pulls in the material and some overall fading / discoloration

It was worn under the shirt collar with the knot placed at the collar opening and the tie ends tucked under the collar tips

its just too close to call

Overall good condition. The jacket looks like it may have been a service jacket that has been tailored to an Ike jacket. The buttons on the front are civilian buttons (hidden when worn).
