I have seen the Hebel name before on original items so it is likely roughly from the WWII period but could be pre or post war

The advertisement is for Greif typewriter ribbon from the June 27 1944 edition of Völkischer Beobachter newspaper

" It is in good condition with light wear

It is was used to hold candy or a small toy in a vending machine (similar to the plastic ones you still see in grocery stores today)

Founded in 1887, they are a wholesaler for watch and jewelry spare parts and tools for watchmakers and goldsmiths. The tin celebrates 50 years in business which would have been in 1937. In February 1945, their warehouse in Berlin was completely destroyed. The tin is in decent condition. There is some wear and cracking to the paint .
