Working from Saint Morillon in the Graves, Buiatti farms organically and biodynamically, vinifies with no additives and bottles without fining, filtration or added sulphur. This is an "hermitag" blend in the old Bordeaux tradition, marrying the region's classic Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with a measure of Syrah. The wine is raised partly in oak barrels
