It is sort of reminiscent of doctor's bags

The canteen lid is marked 41 and the canteen body is marked CFL 38 It is in good condition overall with no dents

Inside, there is an attached change purse and a loose mirror. There is some smudges and light stains. The handles have a lot of wear.
