This is new old stock but with some wear and dirt from storage

The medicine is still in the tube and comes with its original box and paper

A good bread bag stuffer to keep your sandwich safe. These were an important part of everyday life for Germans, so it is no wonder they found their way to the front lines as well. They were even being produced as early as WWI. They are pictured on the cover of the 1939 Der Sportler catalog.
