Bottled for Tasmanian whisky week 2022 this dram was matured in a combination of Hillrock Distillery, Makers Mark and Dark Horse ex bourbon casks for 5 years before being vatted and finished in a pair of Laphroaig Quarter casks for around 4 months. A nose of light peat leads to
