Original Soviet RKKA Aluminum Mess Kit 40r 3D It is in OK conditionOriginal aluminum 1940 dated Soviet Red Army aluminum mess kit. The lid has the makers mark with date 40r as well as a second stamp that is a 42 in a star and circle. OK condition with some wear and aging. Extremely close to the German mess kit in design. War time mess kits are quite difficult to find in good condition and really are quite different from the very common post war ones.
