They are sold as a set which includes one "Buckle" strap and a "LUX" strap

You can even still see some colored markings from the factory for marking the button holes and other stitched parts

it doesn't seem to actually attach to the apron skirt

It is a really cool piece and very practical for winter events or just a great addition to any display

The tin shows some wear but still in decent condition with good graphics. A great bike or personal item. It measures a little less than 2 3 4" by 2".
