Afri Rug A very smart 1940s SaroukA mid 20th century Afghan carpet to a Ziegler design with graceful floral arabesques in soft red, subtle blue, grey and accents of dark green on a cream ground. A rare, almost square piece with a medium thick pile and soft underfoot. Some repiling by us to loss at one end. Small patches remain (shown in photos) but are inconspicuous within the whole.
