BAラウドゲイルの実装するシステムコンバートは完全にバルクアーム・グランツのフレーム構造に拠っており、この機体の成立に欠かせない要素となっている。しかしバルクアーム・グランツのもう一つの特徴であったBMI(ブレインマシンインターフェース)は搭載されておらず、それら仕様の取捨選択が本機の製造・保守・運用に必要な技術レベルの低減に大きく寄与した事は間違いないだろう。フレームもオリジナルのバルクアーム・グランツと比べると細部はひどく粗削りな仕様に変えられており、これは最初から部品の要求精度と機体の運動性能を抑えておくことで過酷な使用による性能劣化を低減し長期間の運用にも耐えられるように企図したものである。フレーム内部では低精度化を補うための補強策が巡らされフレーム全体の重量は増しているものの、そもそも大重量のBMI関連機材が一式存在しないため機体全体では問題となっていない。
