Chateau Haut Rian Blanc, Bordeaux, France 2024 cremant His wine spends two wintersChteau Haut Rian is a beautiful family owned 75 hectares vineyard at the heart of Cadillac Ctes de Bordeaux. Their flagship wine is this Bordeaux Blanc Sec made from 60% Smillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. One third of the dry white blend is given a brief macration on the skins and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel to retain freshness. A fresh and fruity dry wine that has aromas of white flowers and lemon and a crisp, crunchy palette.
