There are two small screws near the bottom of the can which means there are 2 small holes

so every round is a tiny bit unique but all are roughly  identical

The tin shows some wear and age but still has most of its original paint

It has some holes, stains, and perhaps some dirt or mildew. It is complete, but just in less than ideal condition. Used with the pilots parachute to assist the main chute.
