Tuners quickly found that increasing power on the S63 pushed charge air temperatures past the OEM Charge Air Coolers' limits resulting in dangerously high Intake Air Temperatures (IATs). Pure turbos approached CSF to develop a Charge Air Cooler upgrade that would hold up to the extreme boost
