North British 36 Year Old Adelphi Japanese which was deemed too radicalA single cask, single grain release from the North Bristish distillery in the Lowlands, by independent bottler Adelphi. Distilled in 1987, matured for 36 years in a refill bourbon barrel and bottled in 2023. Only 208 bottles were produced. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 47. 5%. Nose: Cream soda, sponge fingers, coconut macaron, macadamia nuts, creamy treacle, biscotti, Frangelico. Palate: Pineapple upside down cake, vanilla ice
