Map Deutschen Alpenlandes 1939 Book The helmet has the tricolor1939 map produced by Der Deutsche Automobileclub for members. The map cover the German Alps. The front was de nazified but the back was left alone. The map itself is decent to good condition with a few small holes at folds and some light wear discoloration from aging. Open, it measures just under 42" by 18 3 4". Folded, it measures about 9 3 8" by 5 1 4".
