Period Bakelite Cigar Cutter small It is a great littlePeriod Bakelite cigar tip cutter. There are two small chipped areas on the sides,, but this doesn't effect the function. It uses a standard shaving razor blade as the cutter. The holes are a bit small, most cutters have a large and a small hole, but this one just has 2 small ones.
