The cotton ball clouds captivated me

I found this display during a hike in the Appalachians and although the trees are utterly brilliant

Study, Aqua Rush Winter It's been doneThe planets aligned this past January and I was able to get up the Smoky Mountains with a fresh covering of snowfall on the ground. We do get a taste of winter in East Tennessee, but a bare dusting of snow can sometimes be enough to close the roadways. It was a rare treat to be able to travel to the park and capture this moment along the Middle Prong River. I loved the rich clarity of the icy streamwater.
