1943 Navy Nurse (NNC) Cape allied Pencils are unmarkedVintage WWII Navy Nurse Corps (NNC) cape. Black outside with marron lining. It is named to K J Downer and dated 5 11 1943. The neck measures about 12" (fairly small). It is in decent, wearable condition, but it does have flaws. There are several moth bites on the maroon lining. There is wear and fraying by the hooks and eyes at the neck. It does have some fuzz I was not able to brush off. When I first got it, it smelled of cigarette smoke. I have
