These are becoming extremely difficult to find in any condition for less than $60

Black Felt Hat Sequins and Flowers Soviet The fabric crosses in theVintage 1940s black felt hat with sequins on the front and flowers on the side. "Styled by Betty Co Ed Reg. U. S. Pat. Off." label inside. The inside of the hat has a stamp in it, but it is mostly worn off and hard to read. Overall good condition with some issues. It is wearable as is. There is some staining around the sweatband. It is just slightly misshapen from improper storage, but that is not noticeable when worn.
