A complex bouquet where ripe cherry, black pepper, wild berries, and hints of cocoa intertwine beautifully. On the palate, its bold yet silky, with a solid structure and a rich presence of mature tannins. Best served with rich and savoury recipes such as Lasagne alla Bolognese, roast duck, Boeuf la Lindstrm and meet stews. Try also paired with aged Pecorino or Parmigiano Reggiano.
