Both of these baits are made for Salt Water use and are made with big heavy hooks, O-rings and screws

That leaves you with two options: have a full-service fly shop such as Uptown Angler in New Orleans or Mayer Company in Baton Rouge tie these flies for you, or tie them yourself

For fishing rods, I prefer a rod 6 to 7 feet in length, rated for 10 to 20 pounds
