As a hiking guide, I loved having space for extra layers, a large med kit, a thermos, and camera gearall of which the Stratos 34 handled with ease

It uses backpack straps with an S-shaped curve (instead of the usual J-shaped curve) to not squish boobs

Sure, this saves a tiny bit of weight, but Id rather not have to buy a rain cover separately, which I had to do given that the Exoss thin nylon fabric is prone to soaking through in anything more than a short drizzle (especially if you dont keep the PFAS-free DWR clean of dirt)
